Project Management

T2 Storage Solutions Limited utilise experienced people, applying proven skills and techniques, to every storage or refurbishment project. From the initial briefing and site survey, through to detailed design proposals, to installation and final commissioning.

T2 Storage Solutions project management teams are structured in a flexible way so as to service the varied storage requirements of our customers. Experienced managers co-ordinate the trades essential to the successful installation of storage equipment, in order to achieve the best practical solution for our clients.

Installation Services

T2 Storage Solutions contracted installers provide a professional service. In their work they adhere to the recognised industry standards, as well as T2 Storage Solutions own well-established method statements and procedures. T2 Storage Solutions fully supports the Storage Equipment Installers Registration Scheme (SEIRS) operated by SEMA, a recent initiative endorsed by the Health & Safety Executive to promote and develop nationally recognised health and safety standards and training in the storage equipment installation industry.

T2 Storage Solutions only employs SEIRS registered site team labour for the installation of Racking, Shelving, Mezzanine Floors and other storage equipment for added peace of mind.

Construction, Design and Management Regulations (CDM)

In accordance with current legislation, T2 Storage Solutions will advise customers of the fact that the installation will often fall within the requirements of the Construction, Design and Management Regulations and that a customer should therefore take the necessary actions to ensure compliance with these regulations.

The CDM Regulations place duties on the client and others for whom the client is responsible, for example the Planning Supervisor, the Designer and Contractors, to plan, co-ordinate and manage Health and Safety issues throughout all stages of a construction project.

T2 Storage Solutions are familiar with all aspects of CDM Regulations. Our qualified Contract Managers are able to offer customers expert advice and will be pleased to advise on how Regulations might apply to a particular project involving the installation of storage equipment.
