Design Brief – A successful and growing energy & utilities company based on Solihull in the West Midlands contacted our Birmingham office to discuss expanding their existing first floor office to accommodate another 50 staff plus the inclusion of several meeting rooms a library, a chill out (calm) area and a full working kitchen / canteen. It was important to the client that the work was completed in a three week period, with little intrusion to their current staff. Creative flair and competitive pricing helped seal the deal for T2 and has since lead to further works. We are proud to say all the works were completed within 3 weeks from site start and to the agreed budget.
