Proici Associates Limited has two distinct operating divisions:-
- Proici Commercial Interiors – catering for the commercial sector leading the way in creatively designed interiors.
- T2 Storage Solutions – catering for the more industrial based fit out & refurbishment projects – providing our clients with more cost effective solutions.
Projects are undertaken on a national basis however the mainly office based role will be in our group headquarters in Long Bennington (Notts) so a reasonable commute time will be an advantage. The role will entail completing tenders & quotations to assist in the process of winning new orders – many of which are for blue chip clients.
You will need to have a full understanding & knowledge of fully “turnkey” refurbishment packages including:-
- Interior “Fit-Out” works
- Minor Building Works
- Mechanical & Electrical works
- Knowledge of current legislation requirements
- Ability to undertake detailed site surveys (if required)
- Previous project management/involvement would be advantageous
Our chosen applicant will be able to work under pressure and under their own initiative and will be rewarded accordingly. Applicants should be proficient in CAD, Excel spreadsheet formulation and have a clean driving license.
