Extension to the UK’s Largest Three-tier Cantilevered Hanging and Box Storage System

Works: Three-Tier Cantilever Extension System

Location: Sutton in Ashfield

As part of a two-phase project, we were tasked with extending the already impressive 13,500 square feet cantilever storage system previously installed by T2 Storage to further accommodate the growing storage requirements of our client. The extension involved the seamless expansion of each level, expanding the overall storage capacity while ensuring the systems structural integrity and ease of access. The install also includes belt conveyor systems and steel stair serving the 3 tier shelving system.

Our on-site teams worked closely with our client to ensure minimal disruption to the warehouse daily operations during works, while delivering the extension on time and on budget. The new installation not only maximised the storage space but also reinforced the flexibility and scalability of the cantilever system, ensuring long-term value for our client and their business.
