Mezzanine Office Extension and Fit-Out

A rapidly growing electrical engineering company based in Sheffield required additional first floor office space, so they turned to T2 Storage Solutions for design advice.
Our plan was to install a new mezzanine floor at the same height as the existing first floor level with new fire door access through an existing compartment wall allowing access into the newly created area.
Knowing how many people needed to accommodated allowed us to design a suitable footprint that not only gave enough office space (including room for further expansion) but also complied with building regulations.
The whole project was completed well within three weeks with minimal interruption to our clients operation.
