Mezzanine Office Floor and Fit Out

A leading Excavation Tool Engineer company enquired about a possible office use mezzanine floor installation in their premises in Swadlincote Derbyshire.

We met with our client several times to produce a survey and design for a 96m2 Mezzanine Floor Solution (3.5Kn/m2) to create the new office and meeting spaces.

Double Skin Steel Partitioning and clear safety glass panels were used to create the office and meeting spaces while the hard wearing contract grade floor tiles in a colour of our client’s choosing were used to carpet the spaces.

The office space included the supply and install of a 96m2 white suspended ceiling which connected to the new partitioning.

The mezzanine itself benefits from a 1 hour fire rated suspended ceiling to the underside.

Our client was very pleased with our work and how quickly the mezzanine floor structure was installed.
