Office Use Mezzanine Floor and Partition Office

A Global Engineering group came to T2 Storage Solutions to enquire about the installation of a mezzanine floor for office use in their premises in Swadlincote, Derbyshire.

We had recently completed a 96m² mezzanine floor installation for the client and due to our professional approach, attention to detail and superb installation they returned to us for the second mezzanine floor installation.

Office Use Mezzanine Floor:

We met with our client multiple times to produce a survey and design for a 31m² mezzanine floor solution with a UDL of 2.5Kn/m² – an ideal and cost-effective solution for a standard office use mezzanine floor.

Double Skin Steel Partitioning at 2400mm high and double-glazed panels were used to create the office spaces on the first floor level.

The mezzanine benefits from a 1-hour fire rated 96m2 suspended ceiling.

Our client was once again impressed and pleased with the quality and speed of our installation which was all completed with minimal distribution to our client’s operation.

Steel Partition Warehouse Office:

During the installation of the requested mezzanine office, our client reached out to us to build them an additional office space within the same warehouse unit.

Naturally we jumped at the opportunity, promptly planning and designing a ground level Steel partition office space with a ceiling that was separate from the buildings structure.

The new industrial office space required new electric installations – including lighting, power sockets and alarms, all built for excessive use.
