A rapidly growing connections provider for the electric, gas & solar industry contacted T2 Storage Solutions for its proposed Warehouse Refurbishment and Office Fit-Out in a recently purchased an warehouse in Northampton.
Our client had a very limited budget therefore works were completed in two phases to help our client financially.
Phase one cosisted of a new mezzanine floor, including a ground floor office alongside alterations to their existing warehouse pallet racking systems.
Phase two involved the installation of new offices on the recently installed first floor level.
We worked together with our client to ensure both phases were completed within the agreed programmes and to budget.
