One of the UKs leading providers of claim services in the insurance sector contacted T2 Storage Solutions due an increase in their storage requirements within their warehouse unit in Bolton.

Over serval site meetings, it was concluded that a mezzanine floor would be the ideal solution for our client, giving them the option to keep their ground level mostly unoccupied.

We created a brief that required the design and installation of a bespoke 94.2m2 mezzanine floor with a UDL of 5Kn/m2 and a L/200 Deflection Limit, stopping bounce on the mezzanine level.

A new twin steel structured staircase was installed to give access to the mezzanine level while red and blue safety railings were installed to meet safety regulations.

Our client was astonished at the speed and quality of the installation with the mezzanine floor being installed in less than 3 days.
