A marketing leader in manufactured solutions through fused quartz and ceramic products contacted T2 Storage Solutions in regards increasing their storage capacity in their warehouse unit in Rugby.

Our client had been struggling to facilitate their storage requirements due to having a small footprint available to them, to counter this limitation we decided to install a 47.15m2 mezzanine floor with a UDL of 5Kn/m2, giving our client the required storage capacity to support a brand-new Pallet racking and shelving system.

A steel structured industrial staircase was installed to access the mezzanine floor while 1.12m high hand and knee railings were installed to all exposed edges to meet building and safety regulations.

We designed and installed 4 runs of unirack shelving on the new mezzanine platform, with 23 storage bays at 2500mm high x 1200mm wide x 500mm deep, perfect for handpicked goods while a new pallet racking solution was installed throughout the entire unit at 4050mm high x 900mm deep with 3 beam levels, allowing 2000Kgs Max UDL.
