This project required a total turnkey design and installation of a storage use mezzanine floor and work space in a new industrial unit in Walsall, West Midlands.
The Project was completed in less than 3 weeks and ready for our customer to move into on time and to agreed budget.
The Project consisted of a 103m2 – 5Kn/m2 storage use mezzanine floor, Office Partitioning, Electrics, 1 Hour Fire Protection to mezzanine structure, Kitchen area, Wall Lining, Floor Coverings and an Air Conditioning unit.
T2 Storage Solutions handled the entire project from start to finish applying and certifying the Building Regulation approvals on behalf of our customer who are very pleased with the standard of work undertaken.
