Bespoke Steel Fabricated Staircase

T2 Storage Solutions were approached by a national school uniform distributor who required a bespoke fabricated Hybrid Utility Straight Flight Industrial Escape Staircase with top landing within one of their units, providing access onto their existing first floor 2 tier shelving system. Naturally, T2 Storage Solutions were delighted to be given the opportunity to work with our client again and promptly arranged to visit site to conduct a free site survey to evaluate the works.

A new 30 minute rated solid core fire door and frame also needed to be installed, in order to do so T2 Storage Solutions cut out the existing concrete brickwork and installed a steel lintel for appropriate support. Consideration and care was taken to ensure transition levels from the stairway landing to door threshold strip were millimeter perfect as to not create a trip hazard.

Once again we exceeded the clients expectations with the project turnover being in 3 days.
