T2 Storage Solutions was approached by a nationwide renowned distributor of school uniforms with a vision to increase their initial storage footprint in their new warehouse in Mansfield. To accommodate their expanding garment variety, the company needed a clean and optimised racking solution.

We were delighted to be given the opportunity to tender for these works, and arrived on site swiftly to undertake a free site study before offering a full bespoke mezzanine solution with a carefully planned unirack system to the mezzanine level. Our precise drawings, together with our professional approach to the brief, helped us win the project.

We promptly erected the mezzanine structure, and to make it easier to transport products around the warehouse, we installed a safety pallet loading gate on the mezzanine level, giving workers a safe access solution for loading and unloading pallets to the raised platform.

The client also required a secure store enclosure, which we constructed using new double skin steel partitions, which are a more durable and long-lasting alternative to a plasterboard solution.

To comply with building regulations, fire-rated cavity barriers were installed on the underside of the mezzanine floor with LED lighting illuminating the lower level.

Because of our attention to detail and clear communication, our client was pleased with our work, which was completed on time and on budget with minimal disruption to our client’s operations.
