Mezzanine Floor Office Fit Out

A UK based Warehouse Service Provider approached T2 Storage Solutions with an admirable request: to convert and refurbish their Nottingham warehouse mezzanine first floor into a modern and welcoming office space that looks different from the warehouse floor.

We studied our client’s workplace habits and company requirements in order to develop and build a brand-complementary workspace with biophilic features to improve morale and employee wellbeing.

The biophilic design creates an eye-catching office environment, which includes a bespoke three-style living moss wall encased in a custom timber frame. The centre feature is adorned with the client’s logo in acrylic. Greenery has been strategically placed throughout the space, including on the new rustic wooden panel desk and throughout the modern lighting installations, and living potted plants adorn the windows and floor space.

The floor coverings were selected to complement the space’s natural theme, including luxurious vinyl tiles and biophlic influenced cut loop carpet planks to complete the outdoor aesthetic.

The new full height frameless glazed partitions wall serves to divide the mezzanine space, providing a mezzanine office and mezzanine meeting area, with the partitioning featuring a flora and fauna based manifestation.
